Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence

Tata Harper is leading the world in natural beauty and skincare. The hydrating floral essence is of note...

Many moons ago, when I had a shop, I was sent a package of Tata Harper products to try. Though they were all much impressive, there was one little mist that held my attention.

I must first begin by mentioning that the entire range of Tata Harper is something of a natural beauty aficionados dream. It's made on a farm, in Vermont, where the botanicals (even that word sets my heart alight) are hand distilled and put into bottles and jars that make our skin not just better, but best. ( I will say nothing of the gold tops and green bottles that do nearly as much for my beauty cabinet as for my skin).

Anyway, I digress, you must want to know why this green-as-grass potion has such high esteem in my beauty books.

A simple spray that is meant for post-cleansing and pre-moisturzing, it sets the tone for what comes next. An easy step amidst the myraid of products one tends to pile on, it's a refreshing blast of hydration once your skin begins to dry, and before you grab your moisturizer. The scent is light and invigorating, and it's tempting not to overdo it. I do notice that when I use it under my moisturizer or facial oil, my skin is softer and more supple. The dryness that is the bane of my epidermis, is smoother, and any tightness is gone. I feel it's a luxury step in my routine, but definitely worth it.

For a refresher on the benefits of hydrosols and toners, check out this post I did for The Luxe Life.
